who we are

The Elite team is a professional structure for motivated distance runners. Our goal is to develop our European athletes to the international top athletes from tomorrow, within the structure of Runners’ lab Athletics team. In our structure we also have a youth and talent team.

Our ambition is to develop young athletes to athletes off a high level and to contribute to their personal development as human beings. However we work in a very professional way we also believe that fun and passion are key values in our development. Within our structure not only the individual is important as we also believe working in a team brings great value to the individual development of our athletes.

Runners’ lab Athletics Team recognizes athletes’ right to participate in doping-free sport and supports the promotion of health, fairness and equality for all athletes participating in sport. 

Runners’ lab Athletics Team embraces a desire for a fair and equal competition among athletes, and condemns doping as fundamentally contrary to the spirit of sport and the principle of fair play.

Runners’ lab Athletics Team condemns doping as defined by the World Anti-Doping Code, and supports anti-doping programs and education initiatives at the international and national levels with regard to the detection, deterrence and prevention of doping.

Athletes and athlete support staff of Runners’ lab Athletics Team are expected to promote a doping-free sport and to fully comply with national and international anti-doping rules.
